A large commercial and retail real estate management company is looking for an energised Director to lead and mentor a busy team within the Auckland Commercial team.

This role will contribute to growing the commercial management and consultancy opportunities in Auckland, building relationships for key stakeholders, both private and corporate clients, and overseeing the existing management portfolio with strategic planning, leasing and operational and financial strategies.

Skills/Experience/Qualification/s required to be considered for the role include the following:

Proven relationship building capabilities with key private and corporate clientsPrevious management of a team of Property Managers in some capacitySubstantial Leasing experience, and technical knowledge of leasesStrategic leasing abilities, date management, and lease managementFinancial management experienceIdeally a Property related degreeExperience in Business Development and/or sales6 – 7 years plus experience in Commercial PropertyTeam orientated

Our client is a well known civil engineering company with operations throughout New Zealand, Australia and the wider Pacific region. With expertise across a number of industry sectors, they are well placed to capitalise on New Zealand’s current and future infrastructure investment.
As part of their growth strategy they require an experienced Project Manager to join their Auckland business with a focus on project delivery, commercial leadership, and stakeholder management.

Key requirements for this senior position include but not limited to;

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in an Engineering discipline• Extensive experience in a Project Management capacity with well developed technical and financial knowledge across major road, rail, tunnelling or water projects• Possess strong health and safety leadership qualities with the ability implement and drive initiatives in this area.

• Ability to lead project teams operating in complex and challenging environments
