Our client is one of the largest commercial real estate companies within the UK. This company is looking to appoint a Research Analyst to support the Head of Research and other team members in the research department. The role includes updating and analysing economic and property data, preparing reports on the UK investment market and managing projects including forecasts, report writing and data analysis.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of economic trends which may affect the real estate market. Excellent reporting, presenting and analytical skills are essential for this role and prior experience within the real estate industry is desirable. Other skills required include IT proficiency including Excel, effective time management and working to deadlines. A proactive and creative attitude will be beneficial to the role.

Our client is looking for a dedicated and hard working Accounts Assistant to join the team in Dulwich. You will be working for a Property Company who own both Commercial and Residential properties in the South East London Region. The portfolio is mixed from AST, Block, Residential Commercial and Retail Properties and you will have direct responsibility in making sure that the accounts are produced accurately.

It is a fantastic opportunity to join a family like business who are built on team work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities;

• Producing year end service charge accounts
• Ensuring all information is updated on Qube
• Daily processing, allocating and banking
• Monthly reconciliations
• Credit control
• Processing card payments
• Being the first point of contact
• Preparation of VAT documentation

Specification

• Advanced Excel user (Vlook ups and Pivot tables)
• Experience using Qube property management system
• Has produced commercial year end service charges
• Experience with credit control and purchase ledger/bank reconciliations
• Articulate, professional and works well under pressure
• Can work alone and as part of a team.
