About the Company
Award winning multi-disciplainary Studio is seeking a talented, design led Architectural Graduate with a minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience to join their funky, modern office in the inner-city fringe.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful graduate to work collaboratively with the Director and Senior Management team in a mentored environment, being exposed to a wealth of project knowledge and architectural know-how.
To be successful you will have a natural flair for design and have experience across a range of mid to large scale projects, with the ambition and motivation to take your career to the next level!
About the Role:
- Producing concept designs on ArchiCAD or Revit
- Delivery of innovative projects
- Working alongside Senior Registered Architects
- Producing resource and building consent documentation
- Site measurements and visits
- Liaising with contractors, consultants and council
About you:
- You will have a B.Arch / M.Arch qualification
- Strong knowledge of ArchiCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and NZS3604
- 3 to 4 years experience in a New Zealand practice is essential
- Highly creative and motivated to deliver excellence in sustainable buildings
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
