Role Description:
This role offers you the opportunity to combine your creativity, with your technical skills and project observation experience.
You will bring your project delivery experience within the commercial sector to lead an architectural team consisting of group of talented Architectural Technicians and Graduates.
You will liaise and brief clients, develop and maintain client relationships and lead the client through the project life cycle.
You will have experience in project administration, contact administration and project observation. Your strong communication skills and knowledge of the New Zealand market will come in handy when you have to liaise with consultants, contractors and council.
