The Company:
Our client is one of the leading regional investment holding companies and they are currently looking to hire a junior legal counsel to join their legal team based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Review, vet and draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice and corporate secretariat support to the Group’s business entities
- Participate in matters such as M&A, formation of business ventures and financing
- Work with external legal counsels to deal with legal disputes and claims
Requirements include:
- A law degree with 2-3 years of generalist experience
- Open to candidates who are not admitted to Bar
- Able to work independently
- Strong command in English and good interpersonal skills
