RIBA Part 1/2 Architect

Work with a niche Design and Architectural led Practice, located in the heart of Chelsea. This small Design and Architectural practice focuses on High-end Residential private and investment properties. They are looking for a Part 1/2 Architectural Assistant to join their team and work on their expanding pipe-line of projects and providing support to the senior team and development into a qualified Architect.

Remuneration:

£22,000 – £27,000 + Bonus

(dependant on experience)

Job Role;

This 9 year old Design and Architectural firm develops architectural design concepts with a focus on the clients chosen strategy, and implements them to their exacting needs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to run projects from inception to completion throughout Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Westminster and Hammersmith and Fulham. The organisation’s approach is client driven, optimising properties for their intended market; whether that is designing the perfect home for an owner-occupier or achieving maximum return on investment properties.

They require a driven individual that has extensive skills in 3D rendering or modelling. You will need to be dynamic, handle projects autonomously and be comfortable working in a small close knit team. You will need experience in Front-end Architecture, the high end residential sector and use of Vectorworks. There is great opportunity for career progression and development as you will be involved in the expansion of the entire company to handle the increase in up-coming projects.

Requirements:

  • RIBA Part 1/2 attained
  • Proven experience in 3D rendering/modelling
  • Ability to work within a team and independently to a professional standard
  • Good experience within High-end Residential sector
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Ideally based in or near London
