Development Manager – Build to Rent
Our client has just won a significant project to deliver thousands of homes across London. As such, they are looking to expand the team with a new Development Manager.
Reporting into a Senior Development Manager this role will support the PRS team by providing development management support in sourcing, reviewing and delivering PRS opportunities.
The role will have input into development appraisals, business plans and budgets as well as assisting the SDM in gaining board approvals for projects.
You will also work with both public and private sector development partners and manage consultants.
The ideal candidate will have residential development experience and be RICS qualified.
Salary from £50,000 – £55,000 plus benefits package.
Office based in Central London.
