Cobalt is working with an established local A1 main contractor who has an excellent track record of constructing building projects in Singapore.
As they continue to grow they are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager / Director to join their team. You will be required to be responsible for multiple projects or potentially for very large and complex projects. In addition to managing the contracts, responsibility will extend to leading the team and growing the business.
You will have at least 8 years of experience in a managerial role and have completed a number of Building Projects from start to finish. A degree and/or masters in Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
