Cobalt Recruitment has the please of working exclusively with a leading fashion retailer in the UK and Europe. Our client operates in 5 business segments across the retail industry and operates a diverse portfolio of fashion brands. With circa 800 stores to their name, this leading Plc has a talented property team that focuses on investing, acquiring, managing, refurbishing and project managing new sites in line with their aggressive retail strategy.

Due to a number of recent brand acquisitions, the portfolio has expanded and so our client has engaged us to source Project Managers to manage the store refurbishment and retail roll-out across the UK. They are looking for talented Project Managers that can hit the ground running with proven experience in fashion, food and sports retail sectors.

Remuneration;

£50,000-£65,000 (dependant on experience) + Store discount

The Role;

Managing projects through enabling works and stage one, you will then take an overseeing position as the procurement team run the schemes through stage 2. You will manage 3-4 project at any one time and will need experience in full life cycle project management working with asset teams, managing external stakeholders and reporting into the Head of Property.
