We are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive for our client, a real estate developer.

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Propose, Conceptualize, execute and maintain all marketing plans
  • Work with advertising agency for advertising and promotion works (all online and offline materials)
  • Work with marketing agencies for sales matters
  • Preparation for sale launch matters and sales enquiries
  • Ensure relevant licences and approval are timely obtained and maintained
  • Plan and maintain sustainable marketing activities until project sellout
  • To assist in Market research and data comparable
  • Liaise with solicitor and ensure all legal sales documents are in place and maintained
  • Manage marketing matters relating to the preparation for the sales launches
  • Coordinating with various consultants for setting up showunits and sales gallery relating to the preparation for the sales launches
  • Maintaining the sales gallery and show units
  • Ensure all regulations pertaining to sales are duly met (AML / PDPA etc)
  • Handle post sales matters (including post sales enquiries, post sales documentation and handing over of units)
  • Handle and manage PDPA / AML enquiries or updates

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Real Estate / equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Able to work on weekends if needed
