Town Planner and Associate Planner

Northampton

£Competitive (negotiable dependant on experience) + excellent benefits + bonus

An independent multimillion £ turnover, national practice of Chartered Surveyors and Town Planners are seeking to grow their Northampton office with the hire of a Town Planner and Associate.

Based out of their Northampton office the Planning team of 5 undertake a predominantly residential focused work with some commercial projects. Clients range from major blue-chip businesses through to independent landowners. Whilst they do work with some of the national volume housebuilders there is more of an emphasis on working with more niche developers on engaging design and build projects. Other recent commercial projects include service stations with retail and drive-thru facilities.

The office is located on the outskirts of Northampton with regular bus links and access to main roads with free parking available on site.

Package:

Town Planner – £25- £32k basic salary + competitive bonus + 27 days annual leave + bank holidays + free parking

Associate – £35-£42k basic salary (negotiable dependent on level of experience) + competitive bonus + 27 days annual leave + bank holidays + free parking
