Senior Residential Asset Manager
Our client is an active investor and developer with an extensive portfolio and pipeline of projects. Together with plans and ambitions, means that they are seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Senior Asset Manager to join their residential investment team.
You will work in a close-knit team, focused on a portfolio of about 1,500 apartments across circa 30 unbroken, freehold blocks in and around London. You will work with the wider team, and have input into their strategic vision and exciting plans for the residential lettings business.
You will have a first class track record in asset managing residential property and all it involves.
You will be tasked with:
- Strategic options analysis.
- Developing new approaches to residential lettings and management.
- Working on our culture of service and the means to implement it.
- Re-positioning assets through refurbishment.
- Adding value and performance analysis.
- General day-to-day running of the portfolio.
Importantly, you will be able to evidence innovation and leadership in the responsibilities covered by this role.
You will be commercially astute and ambitious with the confidence to take initiative; keep learning; and work both collaboratively and with autonomy.
You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, be well-organised, communicate effectively, and get on with people.
