A great career opportunity for an experienced Regional Counsel to work in a tech-enabled company with business across Southeast Asia.
As the in-house lead counsel, you are responsible for their businesses in a corporate environment to provide high quality legal advice to senior stakeholders, including management and operations.
Key responsibilities:
· Drive and lead the legal team in ensuring that the full spectrum of legal compliance matters
· Partner and collaborate with local teams to identify and manage legal issues across the business units and devise strategic solutions.
· Work with functional groups to identify and manage legal issues across the business units and devise strategic solutions
Requirements:
· A strong desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· Called to the Singapore bar with 7-9 years of experience
· Fund-raising experience would be advantageous
