Our client is an international design consultancy currently involved with the concept and detail design of Singapore’s Infrastructure. Operating as a multi-disciplinary engineering set up, they are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join their business.

Reporting to the Division Head, you will oversee the business development support functions such as ensure business development procedures are in accordance with the Charters. You will provide support in the preparation of major/ strategic bids and ensure that submission is on time. In addition, you will ensure matters relating to Business Development are updated in various systems such as CRM and databases. You will also attend various audits such as SHEQ, financial and compliance as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, and have a passion in Business Development with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry. You will have good interpersonal skills and able to engage senior management at a business and technical level.
