Valuation Surveyor (APC or MRICS)

Liverpool

£30,000 – £35,000 (plus £4,500 car allowance)

An international real estate consultancy is currently seeking an APC or newly qualified surveyor with a relevant RICS accredited degree to join their busy valuations team in Liverpool. Supporting the Director, this role will be varied, providing commercial valuation advice to a wide range of corporate and public sector clients including banks and other lending institutions. You will be involved with some of the regions most interesting and high profile property instructions. Full training and support will be provided and in the case of the assistant surveyor, support will be given for the APC.

Dependant on experience, duties will include:

  • Undertaking Red Book valuations
  • General support to the Director and wider valuation team
  • Attending site inspections
  • Undertaking measured surveys
  • Carrying out market research and related due diligence
  • Preparing reports
  • Supporting with Client meetings
