The appointed Building Surveyor will receive great autonomy and the opportunity to really exceed personal career expectations and phenomenal development of their own personal brand.

Remuneration:

£50,000 – £60,000 + package + bonus

Our client is leading within their space. Their presence is well known across the market and they work with some excellent clients, often on confidential projects. The clients range from some of the largest developers, as well as roughly 80% of companies on FTSE 100.

Their pipeline is incredibly strong, and traditionally their work is across the residential and commercial sector. The development within the company is incomparable with real opportunity for all employees to reach senior / Director / Partner level. The office environment is excellent, work is collaborative, and there is a huge opportunity for you to have a very lucrative career.

Within the professional disciplines of Building Surveying this outfit cover them all. The project exposure you will receive will include residential and commercial new builds and refurbishments up to £10 million. As a business they also work in a range of sectors including industrial, retail, and data centre and there really is that scope to push into a specific area for a determined, and ambitious individual.

The project work will be a real blend, you may visit a 30-bedroom mansion on one day, and the next visit a law firm in the Gherkin. Undoubtedly this is an outfit where you will meet with some great clients, and you can really reap the rewards that are on offer!
