This company was established over 15 years ago with an idea of stepping away from the corporate and contracting nature of the construction industry. They managed to build a great culture by bringing on fun-loving, laidback, but motivated and passionate construction professionals under the same roof. The Directors understand the value of personal life and family time, and offer flexible/balanced working hours, well developed Social Club that helps them organize monthly events, that include surfing/snowboarding trips, team dinners, or simply nights out at the pub to watch the All Blacks play.

With a growing project pipeline, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager, with experience in commercial office and retail fit-outs, that is looking for the next step up and further progression to Project Management in near future.

Key selection criteria

  • Relevant degree or trade qualification
  • 5 years of Site Management experience
  • Background in commercial offices and retail fit-outs
  • Excellent understanding of the New Zealand market and its standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Please note that all candidates must have New Zealand, Australian or UK experience to be considered for this role.
