Studio Programme Manager – Architecture Practice
A boutique and well-known Interior Design and Interior Architecture Practice based in London is looking for an experienced Studio Programme Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the project portfolio of the studio, which includes high end residential, hospitality, retail and maritime; refurbishment, new build and fit out schemes, from inception to completion. With an impressive design studio and multiple projects across London, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your Programme Management experience, working on a portfolio of luxury residential
Remuneration:
£55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus
(dependant on experience)
Job Role:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the team and actively manage projects throughout the RIBA cycle, working closely with the Architects, Interior Designers, Site Managers and sub-contractors, finance teams and clients for upcoming projects. You will be required to support the project team, carry out weekly progress meetings, allocate project resources, monitor and set programme budgets and collaborate with designers; including FF&E designers, throughout inception to completion. You will handle the project programme of 12-20 projects at any one time, so they require you to ‘hit the ground running’. You will need to be dynamic, handle projects autonomously and be comfortable working in a small close-knit team. You will need proven experience in delivering projects, whilst managing expectations and ensuring projects are delivered to time, quality and budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Project Management, Design or Finance Degree preferred
- Architectural background or experience in the design industry ideal
- Proven experience in construction and property
- Understanding of construction standards
- Ability to work within a team and independently to a professional standard
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Ideally based in or near London
