Client-side Property Manager

Based North West

Up to £40,000 plus benefits

My client is a leading UK Private Investor with a significant investment portfolio. With an existing property management team in the North West, they are looking to hire another Property Management Surveyor to assist with the delivery and operational management of the investment portfolio.

Working closely with the Asset Managers, the appointed Property Manager will be responsible for allocated sites, ensuring an efficient and cost effective service.

It is envisaged that the appointed Property Manager will be a RICS qualified Surveyor with extensive experience of property management, Health & Safety, related legislation and wider estate management skills. Proven experience of managing flexible retail and office space would be extremely advantageous as is the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

A confident and proactive individual, you must be able to produce precise reports for monthly meetings, able to take the lead where necessary in meetings.
