Inhouse- Legal Counsel (Vietnam)
The Company
Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce company who has expanded rapidly and still going through expansion across the region. They are currently looking to add an additional legal counsel to join their legal team based in Vietnam.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with legal and business stakeholders in Vietnam
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of general corporate/commercial contracts
- Being a team player, willing to explore and learn new skillsets
Requirements include:
- Recognized law degree
- 5 to 7 PQE with time spent in international law firms or global MNCs
- Good experience working on corporate/commercial matters
- Effective communication and presentation skills
