​Describe your area of expertise and experience?

With 14 years recruitment experience my focus is on matching high calibre personnel in New Zealand and the APAC region with the best Head Contractors, PM Consultancies, Engineering & Planning Consultancies, Developers, Project Finance & PPP Investment Funds (including SPV’s) and Local Government organisations involved in the Rail, Roading, Water, Land Development, Energy and Social Infrastructure sectors.

How would you describe your approach to work?

I like to work in a close partnership with my clients and candidates, providing honest and relevant advice and ensuring that both parties interests are aligned throughout the process.

Why do your clients, candidate and colleagues trust you and want to work with you?

I believe in an honest and transparent process across all interactions with both candidates and clients. For clients this means a realistic appraisal of the employment market and a very proactive approach to sourcing the right people and delivering on what we promise. Candidates can expect and in depth understanding of the positions, the market and to know where they stand at all times.
