Our client is a well backed international developer who is looking to continue their growth in Indonesia. They are looking for a leader to come on board to manage their projects, work with the JV partners and deliver the Developments from start to finish.
You will need experience dealing with the Indonesian authorities as well as the ability to assess, recommend and deliver large-scale building projects. You will be strong across the full life cycle of the development process and able to drive it through all stages.
With at least 8 years of Project Management experience, preferably with large residential, retail, commercial or mixed-use developments, you will be able to lead the full development cycle, manage the various stakeholders and assist the group with fulfilling their ambitious growth strategy.
