Consultant – Corporate Real Estate

Our client, a leading global consultancy firm is looking for someone to join the growing Corporate Real Estate team to support the needs of a growing list of multi-national occupier clients. This company is looking for an energetic and articulate Corporate Real Estate consultant to help deliver strategic estate management and change projects to a number of clients across a variety of national and international portfolios.

There are excellent opportunities for career advancement in a growing Business Advisory team and you’ll be working alongside some of the best in the business on a range of assignments.

Duties:

  • Devising and implementing property strategies to best support business plans
  • Reporting to senior management within client organisations.
  • Applying hands-on property subject matter expertise to a range of business transformation challenges across a range of sectors
  • Acting as trusted advisers to manage transactions and internal and external professional and technical advisers.
  • Developing business cases to support operational property decisions.

Experience:

  • Background in real estate asset management, workplace or facilities
  • Property professional, likely RICS, desirable but not essential
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Comfortable and confident to be working with all levels of management
  • A broad business perspective and knowledge of the role property can play in enhancing corporate performance
