Accounts Payable Supervisor

My client are a chartered surveyors based in the heart of London. They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their thriving team, to be responsible for overseeing the entire AP process, as well as working closely with the Head of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing mentoring and guidance for team members regarding the full Accounts Payable process
  • Approving invoices and being the first point of contact for any queries
  • Undergoing month end and year end reporting across all accounts
  • Approving payment runs and ensuring all ledgers are accurate and accounted for on the property management system
  • Ensuring any aged debts and credits are reported and escalated as necessary
  • Regular meetings with clients to ensure full transparency of accounts

Personal Specification:

  • Prior managerial responsibilities advantageous
  • A strong work ethic with a can do attitude
  • Prior experience using a property management system such as Qube, Yardi, Tramps desirable
  • A keen eye for detail
