An international Investment and Development client is looking for a Senior Development Manager to join their expanding team. Focusing on large scale residential projects including regeneration, PRS and student accommodation.
Key components to the role include:
- Lead the assessment of future development opportunities
- Lead the negotiations and transactions to secure development opportunities
- Working with the design team and contractor, support the planning application process where relevant, ensuring effective liaison with key stakeholders and ensuring that all relevant consents are secured and all planning obligations discharged
- Prepare board papers and secure board approval for pursuing relevant opportunities.
The successful candidate must have demonstrable property development experience which must include large scale residential developments, ideally including PRS. The position is London based and the candidate should have a strong professional network within the specified areas.
