A niche, asset management business currently focused on secondary shopping centres across the UK, is looking for a senior development manager to start up a new development side of the business that will focus on retail led regeneration projects.
The Company, which has strong equity backing and appetite to grow the portfolio significantly, is dynamic and entrepreneurial in nature employing individuals that will assist in driving the portfolio forward and continue the impressive track record of the team to date.
The successful candidate will be responsible for starting, growing and establishing a new area to the company’s business- regeneration. The focus will be town / city centre developments with a dominant retail component.
The successful candidate should have a strong track record with regeneration schemes, ideally retail led projects, established contacts and be seeking a new challenge at a dynamic and entrepreneurial small Prop Co.
