Client-Side Property Manager – Office and Retail Assets
One of the UK largest private landlords is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Kensington.
The salary for this position is from £35,000-45,000 per annum plus benefits package and bonus.
Responsibilities for this position may include:
- Service charge budgeting
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Dealing with tenant matters and applications
- Overseeing and managing repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
- Commercial property management experience essential
