Our success is built on our expertise in the provision of contingency, executive search and advertised selection to the markets we service.

Due to growth in our markets, we are looking for both trainee and established Recruitment Consultants to join our technical team. Our primary role is to establish a highly profitable desk recruiting within the Project/Development Management, Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying sector for some of the Region’s top Property, Consultancy, Estate and Development companies. However we would also look at candidates within our other divisions; architecture, facilities management, general practice, residential and finance.

The role would constitute full turn-key contingency recruitment and retained search (head hunting) for leading Regional clients. Full training will be given to junior and starter level people and more experienced recruiters will be given the autonomy to run their own desk whilst gaining management training and development.

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience is not necessary for the junior level role and for more senior positions a stable profile of consistent billings and development would be expected.
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to communicate easily and naturally through to executive director level.
  • High work ethic.
  • Ambition to succeed and progress your career within our business.
