Cobalt Recruitment is a leading specialist head hunting firm and provider to the Real Estate, Finance, Accounting & Banking, Construction & Engineering sectors. We recruit professionals from our 14 global offices for clients ranging from large corporate organisations to niche entrepreneurial entities. Due to planned expansion, we are looking for a highly experienced consultant to join our Finance & Accounting division with a view to manage and expand the existing team within our Soho head office.

Within the Finance and Accounting team, we recruit for non-qualified and part-qualified staff, including Client Accountants, Service Charge Administrators, Fund Accountants as well as those in core finance functions such as, Management Accountants, Credit Controller, Purchase Ledger Clerks and Accounts Assistants for Property orientated businesses. This will include commercial and residential property management firms, investment firms, letting & estate agents and development businesses.

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience within the finance industry, property related would be beneficial but not essential
  • Managerial experience preferred
  • Proven billing history and client development success
  • Comfortable providing strategic guidance
  • Proactive thinker who will maintain a positive attitude
