Project Monitor – Specialist

International Building Consultancy

£40,000 – £65,000 plus benefits.

Are you looking to specialise in Project Monitoring as opposed to building surveying or quantity surveying within an international consultancy?

I am currently working with arguably the leading Building Consultancy in the UK. By having built a reputation based on their quality of service to their clients and an unrivalled quality of work carried out within multiple sectors, they are now looking to add a Project Monitoring specialist to their team.

You will be responsible for;

  • Land and property acquisition matters
  • Statutory consents
  • Competency of the developer, its team and any proposed project management systems
  • Financial appraisals
  • Development, finance, consultancy and construction agreements
  • Construction costs and programmes
  • Design and construction quality

Requirements;

  • MRICS (Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying
  • Proven track record in the commercial, residential, office, retail and hotel market sector
  • Experience working for banks, funds, institutions, landlord and tenant.
