Senior Project Manager – Property Developer – South West London – Commercial, Residential and Mixed Use Developments

Salary from £65,000 to £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Bonus and pension.

Cobalt has the pleasure of working closely with a Top Small to Medium Sized London Developer based in South West London that focus on commercial, residential and mixed use developments across London.

They are looking for a Senior Project Manager from a development background to join their projects team working closely with the Construction Director. This is where you will be responsible for over seeing three to four projects at one time working closely with the contractors to get projects delivered on time and to budget.

Typical developments range in value from £250,000 to £150 million but on average are around the £30 million mark.

Project Management Requirements:

* Degree qualified. * Intelligent and self-driven individual. * Proven track record of managing developments from inception to completion. * Experience within the commercial, residential or mixed use development market.

* Experience working for a developer, main contractor or consultancy.
