Our client is a well backed international developer who is looking to aggressively grow their portfolio in Indonesia. They are looking for a leader to come on board to handle the Business Development and then to move on to deliver the Development.
You will need a strong network of connections, particularly in Jakarta and experience with dealing with the authorities as well as the ability to assess, recommend and deliver large-scale building projects. You will be strong across the full lifecycle of the development process and able to drive it through all stages.
With at least 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably with large residential, retail, commercial or mixed use developments, you will be able to lead the full development cycle, manage the various stakeholders and assist the group with fulfilling their ambitious growth strategy.
