Service Charge – Team Leader
£33,000 – £38,000 per annum
Bedfordshire

Cobalt are currently working alongside a well-respected Property Management Company based in Bedfordshire. They are currently looking for a Team Leader to support a team of 8 and work closely alongside the Finance Manager to ensure smooth running of the organisations Property Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide management and support to the wider team to identify key areas of support required for specific individuals
  • Work closely with HR to design and implement new training and development programmes
  • Ensure all service charge budgets are issued in a timely manner and of course of high quality
  • Strengthen relationships and support operations with their understanding or Service charge and simplifying of processes
  • Providing support to Customer Services to resolve complex financial issues

Personal specification:

  • Previous experience working in a team lead role within Property Management Accounts
  • Approachable and strong leadership skills
  • Understanding of the full service charge accounting process
  • Self motivated and works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and orally
