A growing property developer is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager in the residential development space with strong strategic and line management experience.

Duties include:

Managing your own portfolio whilst overseeing the team’s portfolio of properties

Putting together a strategy for all properties

Budget management

Working with the Head of Marketing, Digital team and sales team

Managing and organising launch events

Managing creative agencies

Analytics and reporting

This is a senior role within the team and requires someone with strong experience in residential development.
