A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a property manager or lettings professional to join a well-respected and national property management company during a period of growth within their PRS / Build to Rent offering.

You will be providing services to a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings and estates, being the key interface between clients and tenants. Example duties will include:

Invoicing – processing, chasing contractors for invoices
Dealing with void period council tax and electricity / gas bills
Handling tenant maintenance issues and organising appropriate contractors
Return of deposits – liaising with the lettings team regarding deposit deductions and returns
End of Tenancy cleaning / repairs – organising final checks, cleans and repairs
Dealing directly with clients for approval of works exceeding pre-authorised limits
Managing authorised spend limits per apartment
Dealing with property management companies for service charges, ground rent etc.
Liaising with block property managers
Monitoring and arranging cyclical compliance works such as Gas Safety Certificates

The role would suit someone who is currently working as a property manager and wants to make the shift into PRS / build to rent. It would also suit someone from a lettings background who is keen to progress into this sector. The company are based in a smart office in central Hull and the existing team are supportive and promote from within. Full training will be provided.
