Our client is an international design consultancy currently involved with the concept and detail design on an iconic development in Singapore. They are looking to bring on board a Project Manager to oversee this project.
As the Project Manager, you will plan, manage and oversee all aspects of the study, design and specification of requirements for the projects, including design brief, design drawings, preparation of tender documents and tender evaluation leading to award of contractors. In addition, you will lead a team of Senior Project Engineers in achieving project and team deliverables. You will manage and assess the design development works prepared by the consultants and contractors including but not limited to checking of shop drawings, sample approvals, mock-up approvals etc.
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry. Candidates with past working experiences in both consultants and contractors would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, interface management and design coordination.
