Our client is a well-established Real Estate Investment firm based in Indonesia They are looking for a SVP, Finance to lead, execute and close corporate finance transactions (loans, bonds, IPOs).

The SVP, Finance will;

  • Lead, execute and close project financing transactions
  • Review and approved Business cases (as part of approval process)
  • Ensure the security and preservation of the Property Group assets
  • Cash management – manage the financial liquidity and cash reserves of the Property Group
  • Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
  • Tax planning and compliance to all financial and tax related regulations
  • Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
  • Establishment and management of a risk management structure
  • Management of the external and internal audit requirements
  • Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders (external banks, JV partners)

Interested Candidates will;

  • Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 10 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience in audit with good communication skills is an advantage
