Our client is an international construction firm, specialising in project works across different industries, offering a wide range of construction works within the Institutional, Health-care, Commercial and Data Centre sectors. Currently they are working on a project of more than $1 billion value and is looking for talented individuals to join their team.
You should be a senior candidate with minimum 15 years of experience in Main Contractors and has worked on large-scale buildings projects (Technically intensive, Data Centre). Being hands-on and on site, you must be experienced to be in-charge of the site and managing the sub-contractors, being responsible for safety, installation, progress and schedule.
To be successful at this role, you should have a strong track record of big scale projects and experience with managing a team of professionals to execute a billion worth of packages. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit to move fast and make changes quickly to keep current, and the capabilities to manage the different stakeholders in this project.
