Our client is a fast-growing construction company that specializes in new commercial builds, high-end retail/office and shop fit-outs, minor and major maintenance works from $2k up to $300k. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a full project cycle – from the pricing stage until its completion, running the team, dealing with a client and liaising with the internal management team.
Key selection criteria
- Relevant trade qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of the New Zealand building codes
- Previous experience in delivering of $100k+ maintenance projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- New Zealand residency or valid work permit
