Property Administrator, Permanent, Full-Time, Competitive Salary, Altrincham

My client is a leading UK lettings agent who are looking for a Property Administrator to join them in their growing and central Altrincham offices. This role will function to provide property and asset management administration duties to the team.

Main duties include:

  • Proactively managing and handling all customer contact and queries
  • Dealing with all general enquires within a timely manner and in line with agreed company KPI’s
  • Handling the post and distributing to the relevant department/individual
  • Dealing with letters, emails, mail merges, and reports
  • Dealing with presentations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Running weekly/monthly reports required for PM meeting
  • Formatting documents and photographs
  • Pursuing estimates from contractors in a timely fashion whilst ensuring that tenants are kept fully updated
  • Co-ordinating property inspections where required
  • Completing customer satisfaction surveys
  • Providing support to the Property and Management Assistants when required
  • Ensuring the in-house database is always up to date
  • Compiling property inspection reports where required
  • Arranging appointments and liaising with tenants and contractors
  • Liaising with letting agents regarding new tenancies, ensuring keys in place
  • Dealing with check out reports, deposit releases and management of tenants
  • Producing and compiling all necessary documentation for pre-contract enquiries

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Previous experience working in a busy administration role is essential
  • Working knowledge of residential tenancies including Rent Act, Assured Shorthold and other tenancies preferred but not essential
  • Impeccable organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft package
  • Excellent communication and customer service skill set
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Team Player
  • Proven self-starter
