Property Administrator, Permanent, Full-Time, Competitive Salary, Altrincham
My client is a leading UK lettings agent who are looking for a Property Administrator to join them in their growing and central Altrincham offices. This role will function to provide property and asset management administration duties to the team.
Main duties include:
- Proactively managing and handling all customer contact and queries
- Dealing with all general enquires within a timely manner and in line with agreed company KPI’s
- Handling the post and distributing to the relevant department/individual
- Dealing with letters, emails, mail merges, and reports
- Dealing with presentations in a timely and professional manner.
- Running weekly/monthly reports required for PM meeting
- Formatting documents and photographs
- Pursuing estimates from contractors in a timely fashion whilst ensuring that tenants are kept fully updated
- Co-ordinating property inspections where required
- Completing customer satisfaction surveys
- Providing support to the Property and Management Assistants when required
- Ensuring the in-house database is always up to date
- Compiling property inspection reports where required
- Arranging appointments and liaising with tenants and contractors
- Liaising with letting agents regarding new tenancies, ensuring keys in place
- Dealing with check out reports, deposit releases and management of tenants
- Producing and compiling all necessary documentation for pre-contract enquiries
The ideal candidate must have:
- Previous experience working in a busy administration role is essential
- Working knowledge of residential tenancies including Rent Act, Assured Shorthold and other tenancies preferred but not essential
- Impeccable organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft package
- Excellent communication and customer service skill set
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Team Player
- Proven self-starter
