We’re currently working alongside a well-known high-end developer as they look to bolster their Building Management team following an internal promotion. Our client is a prestigious name in UK Real Estate with a reputation for managing Grade A trophy assets, and is looking for a Senior Building Manager who embodies the modern approach to Facilities Management – marrying strong technical and tenant-liaison skills together. The development itself is c 400,000 sq ft of multi-let office space, retail units, and accompanying public realm, winning numerous awards for it’s ingenious architectural design over the years.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the work of on-site staff, including in-house and outsourced suppliers;
  • Ensuring full H&S compliance throughout the site;
  • Conducting regular building inspections and overseeing a comprehensive planned maintenance service to the building plant and fabric;
  • Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, especially occupiers of the building;
  • Setting, managing, and reconciling a service charge budget of over £3,000,000;
