Cobalt is working with an established property developer and landlord looking for a Technical Executive for their premier Grade A Commercial building.
This Technical Executive would need to be able to ensure smooth operations and maintenance across ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection and Building Management Systems. This includes assisting during renovation and reinstatement works.
On top of this you will need to able to manage stakeholders and high profile tenants to provide a high level of service.
With at least 5 years of experience in high end commercial buildings and a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would put you in an advantageous position for this excellent role.
