My client, a leading facilities management company, are seeking to appoint a Technical Manager for their Engineering team to manage their portfolio of commercial, office and retail integrated developments in Singapore.
You will be responsible for leading a team in managing M&E systems and executing M&E plans and initiatives for assigned buildings, as well as work closely with the building management and operations team in understanding tenants’ needs and requirements.
You would also be in charge of budgeting, spending and monthly reporting, as well as the management of contractors. You will lead a team of technicians and executives and support the management team in tenant and occupier management, inspection of grounds and supervision of vendors and service providers. You will possess good communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work independently.
You will have a relevant degree in Engineering, Building Services or Facilities Management, with minimum 10 years of experience managing in technical services for commercial, office and mixed-use developments in Singapore.
