Working on behalf of a blue-chip Managing Agent, Cobalt Recruitment is seeking talented Building Managers for a role that would suit ambitious FM professionals. Key responsibilities within this role shall include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the annual service charge budget within the building;
  • Ensuring Health and Safety compliance with legislative requirements;
  • Contractor management, including tendering;
  • Providing a 5* FM service to your customers, building a close working relationship with them;
  • Building upon the property’s stellar reputation within the area.

Confident in a customer facing role, you will provide a first-class service to your tenants within this multi-let property, utilising the skills you have gained within the sector.
