A new role has become available within the Commercial arm of one of New Zealand’s leading Real Estate brands. This award winning trusted brand is a leader in technology, market share, and representation.

The availability of this role gives you the opportunity to manage the workflow of the mixed Commercial Portfolio with support, while also assisting in the development of the service line and growth of the business. The supporting team are professional, dynamic, and their focus is to maintain newly acquired relationships, existing ones and to build many more.

Core objectives for this opportunity include:

  • Providing operational management for the running of this portfolio;
  • Providing excellent service to property owners and tenants;
  • Increasing the value of clients’ properties and ensuring this is the focus of the client relationships;
  • Managing events and producing monthly internal and external reports;
  • Maintaining and developing the property database material using in-house systems and applications;
  • Assisting in the allocation of the portfolio, system processes and training.

If you are keen to enhance your property experience in a growing environment, with plenty of support, but enough autonomy to just get on with it and inject your own style, please qualify yourself against the following bullet points:

  • 3 years+ experience in a Commercial Property Management role;
  • Outgoing personable demeanour;
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written;
  • Confident user of Technology;
  • Ability to self manage;
  • Complete Team player;
  • Adaptable and proactive.
