Acquisitions Associate (Affordable Homes) – Central London
A well backed housing provider, with retained funding from a Private Equity firm, are seeking an Acquisition Associate to lead on investment appraisals and provide support to the Senior Acquisition Manager in the delivery of large-scale development of affordable homes for rent in the south of the country.
This is an opportunity to work with one of the country’s fastest growing Housing Associations, and work with local authorities, Government, developers and other Registered Providers of affordable homes to unlock stalled or challenging sites.
The key duties include:
- Manage offer pipeline and lead schemes through the legal process.
- Liaising with developer/agent/house-builders regarding appraisals.
- Update pipeline, review metrics and follow up on submitted offers.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in the residential market (particularly affordable housing) and a proven track record of real estate acquisitions.
Salary is up to £55,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus.
