Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor private equity real estate funds across all sectors (office, retail, residential development, logistics) in Asia Pacific
- Portfolio analysis of real estate funds by looking at IRR, DCF models and forecasting returns
- Financial cash flow modeling and cash flow valuations of real estate assets and portfolios
- Perform due diligence on funds in Asia Pacific, including Singapore, Australia, Japan & China
- Review tax and legal framework to optimise returns for fund acquisitions
- Study real estate funds across different investment strategies and sectors to generate investment ideas
- Quarterly reporting and preparing proposals for investment committee consideration
Key Requirements:
- Prior work experience in the real estate industry is essential
- A good degree in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate
- Good financial modelling and research skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
