Architect/CGI Visualiser

A global residential property owner, with over 1400 properties in London, is looking for a talented Architect to join their design team and assist in managing a growing portfolio of residential refurbishments and upgrades.

Remuneration; Dependant on experience Extras; phone, laptop, internal real estate training courses + global trips.

The Role;

You will be required to optimise the design of existing properties to match the business model, whilst applying your creative flair. Working closely with the Country Manager, you will work from conception to planning and tender, and be responsible for floorplan designs, CGI visualisations for marketing, planning for façade renovations and staircase renovations and support in planning applications.

Requirements;

  • Chartered RIBA & ARB qualified
  • Knowledge and experience in the residential sector
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit/Navisworks experience desirable)
  • Demonstrate technical skills and creative flair
  • Proven experience in CGI/Visualisations
