About the Company:

They are a leading Kiwi Owned and Operated Consultancy in the heart of Auckland. With over 15 years in the New Zealand market, they are known for their outstanding project variety and they have established a footprint in the commercial, residential and retail sector.

The practice has won numerous projects, and is now growing their senior team. They are looking for an experience Registered Architect to take the lead on some of their new projects.

About the Role:

As an Architect you will work on a variety of commercial & multi unit residential projects. You are expected to have the following:• Prepare information regarding design • Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure• Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents• Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans

• Administer construction contracts

About you:• You will be a New Zealand Registered Architect• Knowledge of the New Zealand Building Codes and NZS3604• 10+ years working experience in New Zealand

• Knowledge in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
